I lived in Legacy Farms for 2 years and was very happy with this community. The leasing and maintenance staff were always friendly, professional, and prompt to help when needed. They made the move in and out process very easy and stress free. The Apartments Review are very nice and are well priced for the area. I was sad to leave and will miss the neighborhood. I highly recommend Legacy Farm Apartments Review to anyone looking in the area.

Home

I have lived at Legacy Farm Apartments for over six years. Considering the expense of renting in Collierville, this is the best value you will find. The leasing office staff is attentive and the maintenance crew goes above and beyond. You will not find fault in the property or the staff. I only wish my neighbors showed more respect to the property and fellow residents, but that is not a reflection on Legacy Farm. The lake is a lovely benefit, plus the Body Barn is easy to use at any time.

Love it

I lived at Legacy Farms for a little over a year. The front office was amazing, and really worked with me when my job transferred me. The community is quite and not overrun with craziness. I loved walks around the lake with my little dog Any time I had any maintenance issues, they were addressed asap. As a single woman, I always felt safe, as well. Thank you Legacy Farms for such an amazing experience. PS I've lived in 4 other complexes over the last decade with in 5miles or so of Legacy, and my experience at Legacy Farms was far superior to any I'd had elsewhere.

Good, clean and quiet community

This is a good apartment complex with friendly and responsive people at the leasing office. Maintenance is always taken care of on time. There is no crime that I have ever heard of at this community. The only downside is its very difficult to find a parking spot and I end up parking a bit further away from my apartment sometimes. But overall its a great apartment community.

I love Legacy Farm apartments

Staff is friendly and they help me all the time, irrespective of my problem. The neighborhood is safe and close to my work place. The apartment I was staying is completely affordable. Overall, I'm satisfied and would definitely recommend it to my friends. If I'm asked to pick one bad thing, then I would say that I didn't find a electric grilling place in the community. I'm a big fan of BBQ and cooking. But that's just me. It is not a problem, but I love to have a BBQ place within the community.

Perfect place to call home.

Legacy Farm is the best place to call home. The spacious apartments have large walk in closets and tons of storage. The newly renovated fitness center is open 24 hours. There is beautiful landscape with a walking path around the nearby lake. You are within 5 minutes to grocery, shopping and restaurants. The apartments are perfect for those ready to downsize or someone looking for their first home. Maintenance requests are always answered promptly and to your satisfaction. Living here for almost seven years has spoiled me. I will miss the office staff and all the friends I have met when I move.

Nice lake-view apt

Generally speaking, the complex is quiet, clean and safe. The maintenance staff normally have quick reaction regarding the related issues. Suggestion--- Set up some place for dumping the recyclable garbage. On one hand, it can recycle these material, on the other hand, it can help the garbage container less smelly.

Excellent complex and management staff at the leasing office

Legacy Farm is a very well managed community to live in. What is strikingly different from other communities is that the management team at the leasing office is thoroughly professional, yet at the same time very personable, which makes it so much more apt to call this place home. The entire staff at the leasing office makes every effort to make the residents and guests feel welcome and comfortable at all times.
